300 East Randolph makes it easy for occupants to be “green” during their time in the building
- 300 E Randolph annually supports the observation of Earth Day + Month and Sustainable September to promote awareness on environmental impacts and ways to “go green” at work and at home.
- Occupant awareness of sustainability is a priority, which is why the building is partnered with the International WELL Being Institute, U.S. EPA, and U.S. Green Building Council in promoting energy and resource efficiency in addition to employee wellbeing.
- 300 E Randolph encourages behaviors and educational opportunities that reduce overhead and office consumption of waste, including:
- Offering a recycling program that can be customized to any office type or size.
- Providing multiple onsite composting locations in cafe areas to minimize food waste.
- Insight to the disposal of assorted waste, including electronics.
- Don’t “bee” shy, come say hi! - 300 E Randolph contributes to urban biodiversity efforts with our onsite beekeeping initiative.
